Port Community Session

Register

Your portal now serves two populations: developers and AI agents.

This month’s releases make both faster to build for and safer to govern.

Building engineering workflows at scale requires tight control and a way to verify it - and that’s before you add AI agents into the mix.

This session covers how to set up enterprise-grade access control and then put it to work powering agentic workflows.

Guy Berman (Product) and Matar Peles (Field CTO) will take you from advanced RBAC setup to a fully-fledged agentic workflow, with live demos along the way.

What we’ll cover:

  • What Shipped: a walkthrough scan of recent releases - the problem each solves, who it’s for, and what changed.
  • Advanced RBAC Management, End-to-End: static permissions don’t scale. Build catalog-aware policies, validate with View As, and ship with confidence.
  • Agentic Workflows Governance: define Skills (approved runbooks for AI), write prompts grounded in your platform model, and keep humans in the loop with visibility into decision-making.
  • Community guest speaker Brian will demo how he used Port in his project Herp-Ops to build a SaaS platform with end-to-end architecture (auth, billing, multi-tier support) and integrate Port for deployment visibility and product management.
  • What’s Next: what’s coming soon, what we’re actively building, and which community priorities are shaping the next iteration of Port.

Live session. Open Q&A throughout. Recording and materials shared publicly.

This session is part of Port’s Builder Community, where platform teams share patterns, solve real challenges, and exchange best practices for running Port at scale.
