Technical Support Engineer

Ola is a Technical Support Engineer at Port, where he partners with engineering teams to drive productivity and deliver seamless customer outcomes. With a strong foundation in DevOps, cloud computing, and systems observability, he supports teams in troubleshooting, optimizing workflows, and successfully adopting Port's Internal Developer Platform to accelerate developer productivity. Beyond customer-facing work, Ola actively contributes to internal process improvements, sharing insights and product feedback. Prior to joining Port, he gained hands-on experience designing APIs, building backend services, and implementing scalable digital infrastructure and monitoring solutions using industry-standard tools. He is deeply passionate about DevOps and cloud technologies, consistently applying practical engineering principles to solve complex technical and operational challenges. Outside of work, Oladipupo is a lifelong learner and nature enthusiast with a keen interest in cloud computing, infrastructure automation, and industry best practices.
